I'm at an edge,
my girl found another man,
my former class just graduated,
the suicidal thoughts are increasing,
the voices i heard at times is now constant,
I've always been positive, but with no source left, what am I to become.
I'm at an edge... and jumping looks more and more tempting for every second.
I write in here, hoping it may help someone to not feel alone, like me.
Sincerely a broken man.

Picking again
I just spent over an hour picking in the bathroom. There’s blood all over my legs and arms. It stings. I never noticed until recently that it really stings....
Please see a therapist or trusted adult about this. I am sorry you are feeling this way but I swear it gets better.
ReplyHonestly I've seen this happen before this person I know got cheated on and that hurts so bad especially when you thought they were the one. Don't worry because that heartbreak will lead you to someone way better. It will lead you to someone that will love you with all their heart and don't forget you are loved by everyone around you. You may have fumbled the ball but you can get back up there's always tomorrow. If you are having trouble with today just remember that you never have to do yesterday again. you need to force yourself not to look at your ex and force yourself not to care because one day you'll wake up and you won't be forcing yourself anymore. You will be happy again and you will be successful. I wish you all the best and I have faith in you.
Replyive been through similar. It hurts, I truly hope you find happiness and self bliss. Do things that make you happy, do things that will better yourself. Go for a nice run! Put some headphones on, drown out in your favorite music, and everyday do something that you've been meaning too. Even if you don't feel like it push push push. It gets better I swear by that. In order not to be stuck you have to make possible for new opportunities and that involves in doing things out of your norm. If you sit and sulk it only makes it worse. Experience after a year of doing that, got me no where. Trying to start new. Been listening to self help videos on youtube, working out in my room at night, listening to music, and everyday trying to accomplish a task I never felt like doing. Its been helping. Depression is real, change it!
ReplyThank you so much for the kind words, I'll take them to heart!
