I want to feel confident for once and I know that the people around me wouldnt treat me any differently. Should I just go for it? Stop with the makeup and let your personality shine through. I know how that feels, I have acne too. It'll also show who your true friends are
ReplyTake hot wet towel on face for 60 seconds as hot as you can take it. After 1 min remove towel then wash face with dish sope then wash with normal. Do this 2 times a day for 2 weeks morning and before bed. No joke it worked for me. The dish sope removes oil from skin but can dry it out and the sope rehydrates the skin. The towel clears pores.
ReplyMy mom always told me that if you wear make-up everyday you will need to wear makeup. With that said you should have a skin care regimen for before and after you wear makeup and you should always remove it before you go to sleep. If you have acne in your using the same sponges or brushes to apply your makeup then you are just putting the bacteria back on your face unless you clean them. A lot of times acne can come from what you eat or drink. Reducing the amount of sugar, carbonation which is sodas, not eating greasy food, junk food, and drinking plenty of water would actually benefit your skin. Chocolate makes a lot of people break out believe it or not. Tea tree oil in your body wash will help 2 improve your skin. Taking vitamin A is also good for your skin however you should know that you can overdose on vitamin A do not take more than its supplement tells you. Also know that you can wash your face with so many different products and try to fight acting so hard that you cause your skin to be oily and actually make it worse. Blackheads come from having oily skin and it get this even getting trapped in your pores. Do a little bit of research it's actually kind of interesting and you're not the only one.
