but my strength is so low in a sense due to inactivity that revitalizing its kinda tough. though if you hit all the right kinks your body reforms itsself naturally. i have never touched my toes before and that backwards bend to an erected stand just adds to my awareness. you should be able to catch your balance from any angle. and right now my hand stand tells me my upper strength is shot. i should be able to slowly preform a handstand from sitting.
