Just thinking through some things, and I need to write this out.
I work from home. I've been with this company for almost 2 years, and I'm very good at my job.
I don't know if it's just I get bored or what, or maybe I just feel like stretching my wings, or that I need to grow - but I've been thinking about looking for a new job.
The current benefits I get from this job are that
- I don't have to speak on the phone (I *really* love email support, and I'm passionate about it)
- I have a super flexible work schedule
- I'm paid pretty well
- I don't work full time
- I've learned a lot about myself, other programs, and about the company.
Although I'm super thankful for what I have, I feel that I want more. Is it fair to say that I think I do a pretty damn good job and want more money? Is that selfish? Hubby and I are also thinking about starting a family sometime soon, so I need to keep that in mind as well. I also want an opportunity to grow in the company, which I'm just not too certain I can do here. I don't want to be in this specific position forever...
So, I'm thinking of applying for other remote jobs, that also come with some extra benefits or perks. And may potentially pay more..
I love the company I work for, but I don't know... I feel a bit limited...
My heart is torn. š
I hope I figure this out.

well the fact that you're already working a part-time job means that you will also need would need another part-time job to fill the gap.
But what you've done I see no problem with you having to keep your job. now children on the other hand that's another issue you would need some more money for that to happen so my advice keep the job but look for other smaller part time jobs for extra money.
