I just started my 10th year of school and it's been just 1 month of class and I'm already full of assignments, proyects and exams will start very soon. I've never been a stressed person but suddenly I feel like I'm about burst of how much pressure I'm feeling right now.
Any advice on how I can cope with all the stress and anxiety I'm feeling? I just want to be the same good student I've always been and still taking care of my mental health
