Pretty calm. I've made an effort to distance myself from anything stressful, even things I need.
a) Is your heart beating fast or slow?
Normal. I'm out of shape and overweight so maybe a little fast.
b) How fast is your mind going? Is it racing or is it empty?
It's half empty. It's not focused though.
2) Feel your feet on the ground.
My legs are too short to reach the ground.

6) What do you hear?
I hear an American woman talking on a skype call nearby. I hear clinking and chopping sounds from inside the kitchen. I hear big vehicles rumbling behind me. I hear a pleasant scraping sound from the parking lot.
7) What do you see?
I see landscaped trees and bushes under a canopy. I see tables and chairs. I see a parking lot through the bushes. I see a waitress standing at the entrance looking distracted. I see a scratch on my arm. I see oranges at the shop next door. And squash I think. Boxes of produce.
8) What do you smell?
I smell food cooking. Maybe frying onions. Or something sweeter than that. Potatoes? And lightly roasted espresso.
9) What do you taste?
This mineral water I'm drinking. It's cold and minerally.
10) What do you (physically feel)?
My elbows on the table top. My feet tucked into the stool. The stool surface on my thighs. My fat stomach hanging over on my thighs. My stiff back and neck. A slight breeze on my face. Coolness coming from the parking lot. My hear feels a little heavy, but it's not too bad.
11) How do you feel now?
Right now this very second I feel not too much. The slightest hint of anxiety creeping its way in. I'm thinking about how I have a long drive ahead of me today. But I have an hour till I have to go. I'm thinking about a cute woman I saw earlier and the cute women at this cafe. I'm feeling a little dejected that I know I will never talk to any of them. I'm feeling disappointed that my body is so fat. But I'm feeling okay! Maybe I'm not worthy of life or going outside, but I'm okay.

My 60-70 beats per minute, which is normal for me
13) How fast is your mind going? Is it racing or is it empty?
It's not racing. It's not empty either. It's just looking for stimulation I think. Bored.
