Ok, so I do quite a bit of excercise (sometimes too much and getting hurt) but for around 6 months I've noticed that my veins seem to be extremely prominent and stick out A LOT, is this a bad thing? I'm bit sure whether to be worried or not. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

I don't exercise too much other than in school, but just take it easy. Take a day or two off to rest each week. Don't try to overwork yourself.
