My life is totally a mess right now it has been getting worse and worse about 6 years ago. Now its all time low. I think I have depression, but I dont have money for therapy. I might have social anxiety too. I cant find a job since last year when I finished school so no money. Still.living off of my parents, I find it emberassing of course. I binge eat EVERY DAY since like 2017. I feel sick and sleepy every day because of this. My hair is thinning and falling out. I still have a lot of pimples, my face is always red. My teeth are in a very bad condition. Ive put on weight. My skin is in a terrible condition. I cry almost everyday everytime something sad or good happens. Also I think I might be bipolar. Never will know, no money for a therapist. I am in a viscious cicle. I see no way out. Today I had a mental breakdown, im crying while typing. I just had ENOUGH

My first time :/

You have to take a moment and take all these thoughts and and say to yourself, "are these things I can fix, or are these things I'm afraid to take the next step to achieve happiness?"
I gained 40 lbs. I fell into depression. I ate like crazy. I never said no to a cookie of course! It's a frickin cookie! Lol but start with one thing at a time. Something simple. Like instead of binge eating everything cut down a little bit. Not completely but just tell yourself no once a day. It's a start. Put sticky notes on your wall or mirror saying positive things like "today will be good" "today I will get a job" "today I will take a moment to myself and reflect that I HAVE tried to take the next step in my life" "everything will be okay" "one step at a time"
Each day you read these or find different things that sound enlightening will help. If you say 3 positive things a day to yourself about you or about your day it will be a start. It will help build up your self confidence. I believe in every person their is someone strong. You just have to believe in yourself. You are your number 1 fan and supporter and you need to push yourself to do better when you know you can! And finding a job is tough. Sometimes you have to pick one that isn't glamorous and it sucks but start the and work up and you will find somewhere even better. There are always opportunities around the corner.
Keep your head up! Good things are always right in front of your eyes, you just have to believe! ā¤
