So... I don't know why but nowadays, I feel freaking sad all the time and I just don't feel like eating at all. Like I didn't eat anything last night and I dont feel like eating anything today either...
I feel like a loser and that everyone hates me. And I feel like a burden. I feel annoyed all the time. And I do have a best friend but whenever I send her messages, I feel like I am disturbing her and that she probably feels annoyed by me.
I feel like crying all the time. My past isn't good. My family condition isn't good either. And thinking about it makes me feel like crying all the time.
I usually wonder what will happen if I give up. But then again, I'm scared of doing it.
I'm scared. Scared of what is happening. Scared of what I'm turning into. Scared that I'll find out people don't care about me at all....

Don't be depressed. Think of the positive things instead of the negative ones. You might think that there's nothing positive about life but then you'd be wrong. You are just sad and your sadness and self-critic is making you Miss all the Good things around you. Be Grateful.
How can you say they people don't care about you? There is always someone who cares. What about your best friend? you call her your best friend, then why do you think she'd be annoyed? She's your friend and friends care for one another.
And why do you think of people about what they think about you? There's no reason to do so. Well yes you are right people don't care about you but actually they don't care about anyone or any stranger. Why do they have to? They don't have to care about you and you shouldn't care about their thoughts about you either. Just let go of this thought. We can never please everyone in life. Instead of focusing on the people, focus on yourself. You really need yourself rightnow.
It's really hard for you.. You can't change your past but you can change your future. The only thing you can control is your present.
You have to accept everything. This is your life and you can't escape the reality just like every one of us. To move forward, we have to accept many things. Take care of your health. Try to eat something. Don't just stay like this.
ReplyBeing depressed is what should be felt when going through this. It is what makes you human. A dear friend of mine said to me if you didn't feel sad about something like this I would be concerned. It is very difficult to feel better through problems like these. A lot of beliefs you currently have may need a good challenge to them. Now the acceptance of those challenges may be quite difficult especially when it is the opposite of your current beliefs. The moment you choose to change this, is the moment you will find your way out of this as you might know. If you really have this best friend then you should ask them very real hard questions. If it turns out it is not what you have assumed to be true, then it would be highly recommended to find a way of finding the ground of the answers at hand. This is coming from someone who knows how to dig a deep grave of depression and still want to look up and find the rope to get out. Hang in there -AL
