I live in a place where mental illness is considered a stigma. Can some one help me figure out if I have ADHD.
- How ever hard I try I always miss things. I am forgetful.
- I find organizing things, organizing thoughts as a big task.,I get more tired when I do this
- I have difficulty figuring out directions.
- Difficult to get started with something, but once I am into something, it is so hard to stop
- Have addiction issues because of the above line.
- I can't focus when lot of people talk, a lot of effort needs to be made to understand what is happening around.
- Will get zoned out if someone talks for a long time.( and I act like I listened)
- Any thing that involves physical movement of things need focus and does not happen with ease, like I get a lot clumsy if I talk and I do something.

I feel the same on a lower level!
1. jot down notes (scribbles will do) in a hand hield notebook
2. practice practice practice
3. ask, even tho y forget 3 secons l8er 100 times
4. set a timer
