So, I had a huge argument with someone who used to be my best friend. Her birthday is next week and so I had already bought her a gift. She knew I have it and I don't know if I should give it to her. I'm definitely not going to give it to anyone else and I don't want to keep it. What do I do? Throw it away? Give it to her? I don't know.

Me being an asian dude i always stayed in asian circle when it's abt dating gals coz i thought I connect better with asian gals. But i met this white gal on tin...
If you're in neutral terms then I would say give it. Also, It may ease the tension. Just make sure to have a few casual encounters before her birthday; you don't want it to be too awkward and random.
ReplyWe're not even talking. She always gives me looks. The only thing she said to me was 'excuse me.'
ReplyI feel you guys should give eachother space for the time being. You were best friends for a while, so obviously there are gonna be rough feelings. Give it time, and hold onto the present for now.
Replythanks. what do i do with it though?
ReplyHow valuable is the gift? Why do you you really not want to keep it for now?
ReplyIt's something kinda expensive that she wanted for ages but couldn't afford. I feel bad keeping it.
ReplyI mean if you bought something pretty expensive especially for her and always thought of it being for her, I would say give it if you know she'd be appreciative and grateful.
ReplyI would give it to her and maybe apologize. Maybe she started the fight either way, but I would chose to be the bigger person. Don't give up on a relationship as important as friendship.
Replytalk it out and give her the gift shes really feel special.
Replythanks so much everyone. I think I know what to do now. You're all so supportive. God bless you x
