Ive been told to hold onto my friends
I just graduated high school and my so called friends are trying to reach out and hangout but ive had bad timing.
Im sick and tired and now hanging out with a average friend because they asked but they dont seem lks they wanted to ask me.
I dont wanna hangout with them but they make it very difficult and everyone in my ear keeps telling me ill lose them if i dont hangout.
Im tired and dont understand what i should do. I only have 2 good friends but these other 2 people still wanna hangout and it just seems weird.
I dont know anymore.

If both of you dont wanna hang then dont. And if your sick then tell them so. You already have good friends so there's no point in holding onto everything, people drift apart, it's a natural part of growing up. To the people telling you to hang onto your friends, ignore them. You're real friends won't leave you behind. They will be there when you need them and you will return the favor.
Tell these other average friends that you cant hang or aren't feeling up to it. Dont force it because it's a problem for both parties
Cheers
ReplyOne of the biggest regrets I have is that I hung onto my middle school friends until my 30s. They just dragged me down and held me back. We stayed in the same immature patterns and wasted so much time. Sometimes we outgrow our old friends. You shouldn't feel bad about that. It's pat of growing up.
Replythe right people will never be pushed away by your boundaries so don’t be afraid to say no to the other two. :)
