I am constantly sad. For the past three years most of it i've just been super down. I am known as a pretty positive person and i do try my best to be happy but it is mentally draining to constantly have to push myself to be happy. My mom knew about it for a while and she knew it was bad but I don't think she thought it was bad enough to do anything. i eventually just gave up talking to her about it. It's really effecting me now. I just want to be happy.
