I've been like this for years now, steel self-harming, thinking of suicide, and fearing everything, nothing change, even though i'm doing my best, i'm in college and will pass all diciplins this semester, i have a job, a boyfriend, i even trying to drink water and exercise, i'm seein a psicologist and taking my antidepressives always, but steel, i feel the same way, no matter what i do, or how i change or how i resist, 3 years fighting and most of my days are bad days, i'm tierd, i now i must keep going, i know giving up is not an option, but, i'm tierd, nothing seems to work, i don't know what to do.
