I wasn't sad but I wasn't terribly happy either I guess, but then this weird feeling crept up and now i feel awful. Like i went from neutral to this gross sadness. Now my chest hurts and i feel like I might cry but i don't want to. What do i do?

cry, sometimes we build up this icky sadness and just need to get it out of our system, crying genuinely helps make you feel better, sometimes everyone just needs a good cry
