to start with I am of 18, and this year has been a whole roller coaster for me. My school just ended and I failed my medical entrance exam which was really important to me. well, I have taken a year break to prepare once more, but deep down I regret I just regret a lot. I have really let my parents down. each day for no reason my motivation is spiralled down I feel like talking to no one. I feel irritated and angry day by day. All this has affected my relationship. I enter a relationship a few months back. Well, I love him a lot and he does too. He really has been patient around me and huge support till now. But this increase has the anger of mine has recently just turned everything upside down. Its all my fault I ruined everything with my own hand, one person who actually loved me, now just hates me. We fight a lot and that's all because of my short temper. And now even though the fight is over I feel like I have lost the actual him. It's not his fault it's me. I feel like I am too toxic for him. Since I have been crying and writing I really don't know if you have been able to understand the issue.
It's just I have no friends and no guide it would be amazing if someone could just help me or advice a little to manage the anger and give a little relationship advice to me.

Find a new revenue for your anger. Tell her you recognise it’s your short temper that is damaging the relationship and that you love her so much it hurts. That you want your relationship to work, like it did at the start before everything got overwhelming. You want to find that with her again and see if she is willing. Get help, anger management, counselling, whatever therapy you can get to make yourself back to a happier version of you. Find some happiness In yourself something you enjoy doing. Find something you enjoy doing together. You are still in a relationship. I’d say that’s a good measure that she doesn’t hate you. Good luck
