I’ve gotten really depressed again. I’m either not eating enough of a meal or I’m eating too much. I don’t feel anything. I don’t smile except for when I’m around friends so they don’t find out. I tried to make myself throw up. I cut myself. I had thoughts about killing myself (which have gotten way less common so it was weird to think those) and When I was at school today, I had this urge to go to the guidance consular and tell her so I could maybe actually get some help because it’s never been so bad where I didn’t eat (or ate too much) or where I tried to make myself throw up. I didn’t, but i think if this keeps up for a lot longer, I will. Cause usually I don’t stay in this depressed state for too long and it’s only been a day so....

You know yourself better. If you think you can't handle it alone anymore, then find help. It can ease your burden to have someone know what you're dealing with. Stay strong :)
ReplyHey you know yourself better than anybody else so think more about this matter coz by harming yourself you hurting both physically and mentally and it will get you nowhere .. so just take some time for yourself and yes get some help by expressing your feelings .. you will feel less burdened. Don't give up on yourself buddy!
