So I’m roughly 360lbs, 5’6, female. I work a full time job but it’s getting so much harder to lose weight. I don’t want stupid products that’ll cost $60-$100+ a month that don’t really work. I can’t afford a gym or super expensive organic crap either. I eat frozen vegetables and chicken most of the time and I’m just so tired. My feet/legs hurt, I feel sick a good chunk of the time, and I’m shocked I’m not diabetic yet! I just want to shed the pounds and I want to know if anyone out there has some ideas on how to do it without paying an arm and a leg but also having little to no free time. My doctor was worthless and wanted me to pay $80 a month for weight watchers, which ain’t happening! I can’t afford that. If you got advice or anything relatable let me know, I’m willing to try something I know may succeed.

The sick feeling is probably your diet. Prior to summer, I ate terribly. This would cause me to feel drowsy, lethargic, and overall just sick. Diet is a huge thing. You can totally mix it up! There is this website Self Daily. If you subscribe to it by entering in your email, it sends you exercises and recipes you can try. I subscribed, and I have to say it works well. But it could be different for you, of course. If you're really wanting to lose this weight, if you're contributed, it will happen, but you have to do it your way. There are tons of diets and exercises you can try based on what you want for you. Start slow and simple; whatever you can handle, really, and stick with it. It's going to be hard, but you can do it! I believe in you<3! But remember you can set goals, but not expectations. Don't ever make yourself feel bad. Do what you can and what you love. I'll be here cheering for you:)
ReplyThank you for this comment! I will look into that website and hopefully it’ll help me out a bit more.❤️

Replywater water water water! I cannot stress this enough! Drink your water! Apple cider also works miracles! Is about $12.00, and has lots of servings. It tastes horrible, but it is very good for you! Like that person said, diet is a component. Hope you achieve your goals! I worked every day for 1 year and lost 140 pounds, just by eating healthier and drinking water and apple cider vinegar. Strongly recommended! Yo go gurl!
ReplyI drink at least 3-4 40oz of water, I tried the apple cider before but the flavor realllly grosses me out. Do you think maybe a straw would make it go faster?
ReplyYes i recommend apple cider vinegar, twice a day mixed with water, they also have it in pill form. You can also try acai berry cleanse just to get the ball rolling. I personally do BodyFit. You put in the info for ypur height/weight/goals, and it gives you a super easy meal plan that is made just for your body type and some excercises as well. I love it. Highky recommend and dont give up on yourself !
ReplyI’ve never heard of the açaí berry cleanse before, I’ll have to give it a shot! I’ll look into BodyFit too and see if it’ll help me. :)
ReplyWeight Watchers costs a lot less than that.
ReplyNot for what he wanted to sign me up for. He told me to go to the in person meetings, get all the recipes, do the point system. Basically the whole package and then some. As a person who can’t afford that much (I barley can afford groceries some weeks) it’s out of the question. :/
