When you feel an emotion so strong that you're scared to let it out, you just bottle it up and keep it inside. At least that's what I do. You end up keeping in every emotion in till it becomes a habit. Somedays the bottles get so full they explode. Shattered glass is sent flying out of your mouth and into someone's heart. Your words are dangerous and it can be pretty scary for you to feel so many strong emotions at once. I’m working on that. I sometimes tell people a little bit, but only I know the whole story. They think it’s bad what happens, but they don’t know the half of it.

So talk to few friends
The ones you trust,
Let out little whiskey at a time
That way no one gets hurt
Just a little tipsy
ReplyTo make fun of someones pain or to cause it on purpose is beyond anything I can comprehend. You truly have to be a person without a heart. It wasn't even about a relationship even though someone wanted to believe it was. Lol
ReplyI know. Its so sad that lots of people dont understand, and the best information they have about depression is through books and movies. And about bottling your emotions, I have something that might help. Lets say that your sadness is poison in the bottle. Soon the bottle will burst from filling it too much. The question is, where will you dump the poison without anybody noticing that its poison? Spill it on the ground, and the plants will die. Drink it, and *you* will die. I know this wont help much at all, but gook luck.
ReplyIt isn't depression. Thanks for your attempts for telling what it may have been.
ReplyNo one wants or will admit truths. I know the truth and that is all that matters.
