For the past week or two now I’ve been staying up all night trying to sleep and failing and honestly just accepting it. I take after school naps and it’s a cycle. I really want to finally stop this so I wanted peoples different opinions. Should I stay up tonight and fix my sleep schedule tomorrow? I figured tomorrow’s a busy day for me and I’m gonna be gone all day with my friend someplace.
