Why do I cut?
I cut to make me feel better.
I cut to relieve my pain.
I cut to stay alive.
I cut because I deserve it.

first thought ever

No, no you do not. Hey, I am not judging you, remember that.
I am just saying that cutting, cutting my friend, is not going to solve anything. Do you know what cutting is going to do? Leave scars. Cutting isn't going to make the pain go away. It's not. Do you know what will make the pain go away? Honesty. It's okay to hurt; it's okay to feel sad. You are not alone. It's okay to broken. We are human and humans are messed up, imperfect, and all over the place.
But, listen, today is today and tomorrow is tomorrow. By that meaning, those are separate days and they play different roles in our lives. Your life isn't over. You still have so much to live for. And why? Because you owe it to yourself. You owe it to yourself for this type of honesty and know that help is needed. There are resources:) Okay?
You are not alone.
You deserve to be happy.
Replyyou are worth so much more than what youre giving yourself credit for. you deserve all the good things in the life, friend. cutting yourself wont solve problems. depression sometimes doesnt have a cause and i know it feels good when it happens but i promise you, there are other ways.
I love you, friend. hold your head high.
