So what I can't decide is which country I'd like to live in. My brain says Canada, my heart says South Korea.
You might guess why (Kpop, K-dramas) and I'll admit, it did affect my choices in the long run, but I'm trying to be reasonable and look at Korea not from a "fan of their media and television" person's point of view, but from a realistic one.
If I'm going to live in another country then it has to at least suit me. Korea has many issues but I am still attracted to the country and I really don't know why. Maybe their media affected me that much, however I also have friends there, unlike Canada.
Of course, I will have to learn Korean if I'm going to move there but that's not a problem for me. There are quite a few issues in Korea, but in Canada there's only one issue - weed. And yet I still wish to live in Korea. I really don't know what to do and how to choose. Any advice?

Make a list of pros and cons of each country, then compare. Take it into account the real purpose and why you want to move to one of these countries. Is it for school, career, opportunities etc...
Need to know if these countries would benefit you in the long term and what you're trying to aim for.
Just be sure you come into a country legally.
Goodluck.
