I am having a really bad anxiety attack. I am about to fail a class if i dont get this paper done before tomorrow morning and my teacher isnt answering my email. I am also having a migraine. I was already shaking when i got downstairs but the last straw was when my mother put some sort of lavender oil on me even though I asked her not to. The minute i started smelling it I burst into tears. To my family it looks like I am being overdramatic but really it was everything building up. The lavender was kind of the last straw. Usually I would talk to my best friend about it but his phone was taken away a couple days ago and we live like 45 minutes apart. I have calmed a little just writing this but its still not completely worn off.
