Is it all right? To suck it all in and leave it aside? Because whenever I want to cry I suck it... and it works, because I don’t feel bad anymore unless someone or something hurts me again I suck it in again... because my dad used to say it’s weakness but mostly because I want to feel strong and not like the little baby I am. The little things inside me are/want to kill me, with all their might.... because while I try not to feel this often, it just comes backs... my freaking sadness comes back... and it doesn’t let me go; I try my best and I’m not giving up just yet....

if you try controlled breathing, that really helps. i normally dont count but just take deep breaths in and out. in the moment i want nothing more than to just cry and stay sad, but i will myself to breathe and in the end im happy i decided to calm myself down. so in a way i am sucking it in?? but not at the same time, cause i think of the emotions leaving with each breath. for me it typically only takes 3-7 inhales and exhales no matter how upset i am.

ReplyIt is good to know you are not giving up yet so try to do things you like and enjoy. Be happy and positive and things will ultimately work out.
