I'm not even doing that much, but I'm feeling super overwhelmed and like I'm going to cry. I have sophomore and freshman level college classes, 13 credits, so that's not too bad. I work 6 hours a week and I'm adding another 6 so I'm doing some paperwork to get that lined up. I have to apply for another college though, and for financial aid, and talk about classes for next term. I don't know why I feel so stressed out. And I'm not a person who cries often, so it's kinda odd in that regard. idk

This might be a bit much for you. Especially as you are overwhelmed. Take it easy and manage one thing at a time. Rest as much as you can and don't play video games. They are tiring. Just don't do too much.
ReplyCrying is a way of releasing your pent up emotions. Just let yourself cry. You'll feel good afterwards. Let me ask you these questions:
Who is demanding you to do all these? Who is requiring you to spread yourself too thin? Who is putting a deadline on you? Who is doing your schedules? Tell that person to pause, breathe, and relax. It's ok to stop and have a me time. Your body is signaling and already telling you to do all these...prioritize what it is to be done for the day.
You only have today/present/now...how would you like to spend it? Know that you always have a choice.
Take care of yourself.
