Not distracted by the intentional distractions, that's the way in for anyone that want's to distract. AND it's not only a way to divide a nation it's a way to distort and/or prevent any good thing that could be done...

Anyone looked at the gun bill that washed out?

It was no large magazines, no armor piercing bullets, no mods to shorten barrels, no mods to the sighting, no this no that and no bumpstocks...

Well that is a salad of no's that will be easily defeated...

But the real bill started out as a way to eliminate bumpstocks that make a semi automatic a fully automatic with just a little practice. No fully automatic should be allowed to be sold to just anyone so outlawing bumpstocks was the need and people that can shoot don't need them for defence, it's just a toy to play with for a sane person and a crazy idea for crazies as seen in Nevada.

The problem? The presidential election and over complicating something simple.

Bumpstocks (a cheap piece of plastic that gives anyone full auto) should be outlawed, period.

The solution? ONE PROBLEM AT A TIME!!!!

Outlaw Bumpstocks!!!!! That's what the problem was in the first place...

Reminds me of Pelosi trying to push a foolish healthcare bill....

She said what? "It will offer paid for investments that will improve health care services and ... But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it"

Outlaw bumpstocks? A great law and a wonderful idea. Add a bunch of useless non subject things to the law that does nothing but make that ONE SIMPLE THING IMPOSSIBLE TO PASS?

That's like adding turds from 20 different animals to your brownie mix.

Not a good idea and only ends in a outcome noone wants in the first place.
