I sometimes suddenly feel lonely. i sometimes think of committing suicide but it's hard to tell anybody because they might think that i am overly dramatic or faking it. i feel like anytime my life will be ruined. i'm sometimes afraid of what will happen to me in the future. i have hard times controlling my anger and i sometime i fear that i could kill or hurt someone and end up in jail. my girlfriend told me for us to go to anger management but i'm not brave enough. i feel like i need help but i'm ashamed and i feel like i will be embarrassed.

So you are brave enough to get around with an uncontrollable anger problem. But you aren't brave enough to go to anger management. How do you work that out? And you are ashamed and embarrassed if you get help, but you could kill or hurt someone! How do you work that out? WHAT THE FCK?

ReplyYou lost your purpose for being, it's common for young adults no experience I guess, It's out there your purpose and you won't find it instantly but eventually you will. The positive experiences of life outway the low points in the joy they bring. This Saturday night go to bed at 9:00 wake up sunday morning and go for a far 2 hour away hike it's important do not use headphones when hiking it will change your life, than at a good point lay down with arms folded behind your head and look up, Your purpose will promise you that your journey was worth coming up here more than you think.
