Ok so you noticed from my title i just usually write things down in a paper but i was searching on google about ways to recover from depression as i have been almost feeling down for a year and a half and decided i have to stop it and live my life because baiscally the people around you do live their time while you are trying so hard to love like you are just fine so i just started my recovery process and i wish that anyone in the same position as mine just get the hell up and start working out and get over whatever you've had that made you get depressed have a lovely and wonderful day y'all,love you all.

ReplyThis depends on the depression. Some people can pick up and bring themselves out of it. But others are very deeply depressed and need a lot of help to rise above it.
