Confession

So I work with a company. We have regular users. I'm a community manager and manage feedback. Truth is, I don't tell the company that our company is contracted to anything because I'm simply not allowed to. Since I want to keep my job, I tell users that I've sent their feedback and that means I can mark feedback as completed. I feel so bad and this job makes my stomach ache. Some people have some great suggestions and bug reports and I even wish they were implemented and fixed. It seems no one else seems to have the mental tax that this has on me.
