I do hope all of you dear Novni people are healthy, I hope your emotional/psychological well being is intact in so much as present circumstances will allow.

My office closed 2 weeks ago. I ventured out to Trader Joe’s over the weekend and actually saw one of my coworkers. He seemed healthy and not too rattled thankfully.

The staff at Trader Joe’s and Dollar Tree have been exceedingly pleasant all things considered.

I actually quit smoking cigarettes a week ago and despite everything I feel amazing.

I’ve tried several times since early 2014 I just reckoned I’d rather make the conscious decision to quit this way if they did get hardcore with the martial law/lockdown thing its not like I’m ass out and can’t go buy cowboy killers lol!

All things being equal I was tempted to go to the liquor store Saturday.

Decided against it though because as dire as it seems now we will prevail and we will not go quietly into the night and I want you there at the victory celebration.

Because like I said you deserve to win.

You deserve to be loved.

You deserve the best.

You deserve to thrive.

You deserve to be healed, happy, healthy and whole...
