I would really love if you could just leave a story about your quarantine so far It would really brighten my day thanks!

Where I am we don't have to be in quarantine but our Prime Minister said to stay inside as much as possible, but to go out for food, the doctor, and dentist. My life style has not changed at all. Some people are getting around with masks on and even wearing work masks which are only for dust. Myself and others are wearing disposable gloves. There is a shortage of toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels as well as food items in the super markets and other shops are closed.
ReplyI'm part introvert so I don't really mind the fact that I'm not going to school and have so much free time. On the other hand, I'm kinda starting to miss people. We can still go outside but we can't be in large groups like in restaurants or at sport games. I'm also gonna miss the rest of my volleyball season that I was looking forward to for a year. I only got to play one game before quarantine, which we lost. At first I thought this whole coronavirus thing would clear up pretty soon and that it was no big deal, but now with half a million cases and more on the rise, I'm starting to doubt when I'll be able to get back to school. I miss my friends and I have no phone so I can't see them.
ReplyI've been cooped up into my house for two weeks now, mostly working from home. A lot of small businesses are suffering from the quarantine and shut down of all services deemed non-essential. I thought of my brave and cool friends who owned businesses. I pulled out my Visa and spent a bit of coin today to share the love. I drove to my friend's bakery and bought 10 loaves of sourdough. I delivered them to the doorsteps of people I knew in the neighbourhood. Then I went home and ordered two cases of cold brew coffee from another friend of mine who owned the company. They were going to donate a case for every case purchased to frontline workers in hospitals. I thought it was a beautiful sentiment and wanted to support them. I came home feeling better than ever. It's true that helping others is the most rewarding thing in life. Stay safe!
