I have never been so scared in my life as I am right now. I’m scared for the world, my family, and myself. Some people take this virus as a joke and others are taking it more seriously. Don’t get me wrong the memes are hilarious and I am getting a good laugh from them. However it does not ease my fear. I don’t want to loose my family nor do I want to loose my life. An I know it’s a 50/50 chance I could recover no problems. Just the thought alone that I could not has me so upset and freighted. Praying for the world, Praying for my family, praying for my life.

I can't talk to women
I mean, it's not like Rajesh from Big Bang Theory where I can't speak when there's a woman around. But I can't start a conversation for the life of me, and I wo...
All will not be lost, and you will have more in your life when you need it.
ReplyIf you are under 60 and have a good immune system it is highly likely you will survive this virus. People survive the flu all of the time. I have had flu before and was nowhere near death. We don't know if the figures we hear on the TV are right. Don't be scared. Have cough medicine, paracetamol, and ibuprofen at hand. One man cured himself with warm toddies of whisky with honey. I am not scared and I haven't met anyone who is. It is a good idea not to watch the news because it is the media that causes the fear mongering.
ReplyNSAIDS such as Ibuprofen LOWER body temperature. This is incorrect to deal with viruses. Fever is the body's natural adaption to fight fever. Artificially LOWERING the body temperature with NSAIDS prolongs fever. Medication will make you feel better in the short term but long term it is the wrong approach. See Dr. John Campbell Phd on YT, a British teaching nurse who educates on this approach.
ReplyEveryone should take it seriously. Then and only then will we do the correct things to suppress it.
Being full of fear will make your life as you live it miserable. Try your best to focus on the moment, not the future. We have to go through this, but it will pass...maybe not as fast as we want, but it will pass. Many countries are working hard for a vaccine and it looks promising, but takes time. Do what is needed to stay out of its path, and stay conscience/aware.
