go to the bathroom, look at yourself in the mirror and say: " I need to take care of my self, let me be pretty for my self" . Hopp in the shower and take a long bath, stay thereally as much as you need and let the water rinse away all your thoughts.
I hope I helped a little.
ReplyWhatever you wanted to do but didn't have the time before (Learn a skill, finish a book, see a certain movie, make something, learn a language, become a shadow warrior), now you have time. Lots of audio books for example, some only $0.99 for an audio book you keep. Now there is a service that condenses any book to 12 minutes, and you can request books to add to their collection. Explore, have fun, one day all this time won't be available.
ReplyThese are odd times. It's okay if even simple things are hard to do right now. Just start with something small. You don't have to be super productive. Today, just brush your teeth. Tomorrow, just pick up five things from the floor. The next day, wash one glass. When you're lacking motivation, getting the energy to do anything is difficult, trust me I know, I'm having problems with that too, especially during quarantine. Aiming small helps. If I set out to do all my schoolwork, I'll never get to it, the task is too overbearing. So I get myself just to finish one assignment. Then I do just one more. And soon the job isn't as big.
It's okay if you don't do a lot during the quarantine. It's okay if even getting out of bed is hard. All you need to do is one simple task, whether that be changing your shirt or taking out the trash. Eventually you'll find you can do bigger things. But for now small is fine. Hang in there. You're gonna be okay.
