Drifting away?

I know what you are feeling, but can you also hear yourself? If you are drowning in your problems then find a way to get back up again, find a boat for yourself cause no one can help you if you can't also help yourself. Push away that negativity and learn to believe in yourself even just once, believe me it's hard. But if you want yourself to be helped then learn how to believe.
ReplyI don't like the "it gets better" saying either. It's not entirely true.
It does get better, but then it gets bad again and then it gets better again and then it gets bad again. Life will get better in one place and not so good in another. And, suddenly it will switch on you.
Imo, you have to change the angle in which you look at something to see all the sides. Not everything will always bad, and not everything will always be good.
Everyone struggles in their own way though, so you aren't alone in it. We all just struggle differently.
ReplyIf you believe you wont get better, you wont get better. You don't wait to get better, you have to do it yourself. If you give up on getting better, you will never get better. But you cant just wait for something to come along, then BOOM,your cured. Thats not how it works. Take some time to think, take some time to feel sad, take some time to feel mad. Then take some time to breath, and if your patient, you will get better.
