Hello,
I am an 18 years old student. Soon I will go to college. At the end of highschool in my country, students are examined from 5 subjects. One of them is math and I am not very good at it. But why? Why my brain can't understand majority of it? I want it! I want to be good at math. I've picked to go to college for which you need a lot of points (medicine) and math counts a lot. What makes me sad is the point that how you were raised has big impact on your brain development. Is it too late to ''change my brain'' ? I want to think like someone who is good at math and solve problems like them. Do you have any suggestion?
All opinions would matter to me.

I can't do this anymore
I just can't see how I'm going to get out of this. I am constantly trying as hard as I can to be loved, apologizing to everyone, hurting myself in frustration,...

school tingz?
i feel like dying every time i think of school. like i get really stressed. it just makes me miserable....
When I was at school I was bad at math and good at English which is often the case. I am still bad at math and always will be.
ReplyWhen i was a kid i failed math and failing in my country is not okay. people will make you feel ashamed for failing. Anyway after failing my dad started teaching me how to do problems and i started realizing that i can actually understand and solve the problems. because i believed in myself ever since then i'm an A student at math and one day i cried because i got 99% on my math test and i was expecting 100%. So i think that you just need to believe in yourself believe that you can do it and understand it and solve it. I didn't live a happy childhood life but i did it nonetheless. If I can do it so can you and if other people can do it you can do it too.
