Dear love,
How can a girl who has never experienced you in regards to 'being in love' know it is truly you? When I say "I love you" I often mean Thank you. You're beautiful. You're incredible. I feel safe. I can't stop thinking about you. I want to be with you. But is that you, Love? Or is that obsession creeping through?
When I say "I love you" it means I want the best for you. I want your days filled with smiles. With laughter. With sunshine. With song and dance. With happiness. With good food. With good company. But is that you, Love? Or is that compassion?
I feel as though to have the knowledge and intimacy of you truly. I need to experience everything but you first. I have so many questions that cannot be answered, as with most things the answer is subjective.
How do you feel? I've heard so many things "like a cloud", "warmth", "pure happiness" is it true? And what of the bad? I hear you come with pain and suffering sometimes too, is it true? Or are these things fed to us of those that think they have experienced you but have falsely accused?
Am I really in love? or do I just have and contain love towards someone? How will I know the difference?
….. until next time,
R
