Hey, are you having fever? Don't get panicked but difficulty in breathing is a sign of covid 19. Please do a test amd take care of yourself. And don't lose courage this is the only thing that saves you.
ReplyIs this happening when you do some physical task or just happening even when you are sitting. if its the first then you might need to visit doctor, them you might have mild case of asthma and if later then it may be related to covid-19 cause one of the symptom for COVID-19 is respiratory issue with fever and cough etc.
Replydo consult doctor at earliest possible.
Replygo to youtube and type in breathing for panic attacks if this is what you think it is. If your mum and dad think you are doing this to 'seek attention' try to communicate them in a non-emotional way and a matter of fact way of seeing a GP. If your moving fine but experiencing heart difficulties and breathing difficulties that is a panic attack. Also think about recent triggers or stressors going in your life and whether they might be contributing emotionally to the issue. Often parents respond this way because IF it is a mental health issue they feel unequiped and unsure how to help their child so they hope it is NOT the case. Seeing a GP about it will be the short and quick solution. best of luck
Replythx ill try this it happens when I stress out
ReplyThis is more lazy parenting. If you are at school there should be a school nurse so see her and tell her about this and ask her to tell your parents to take you to get checked out. If you aren't in school tell another adult and ask them to talk to your parents.
