I spent some of my time at the gym doing a very lowkey meditation, both while on the bike and in the sauna. I can say that I do feel a little more relieved. Although my mental state will likely take some time to readjust, I'm happy today.
I took breathes while relaxing my shoulders, face and back. There seems to be a lot of tension build up in there. I hold a lot of my stress in my upper body/stomach.
Here's to readjustment into this new lifestyle while still being content with myself and the people around me.
