Within the last 5 days I cant of had more then 10 hours of sleep. I've had problems sleeping before but it normally comes in threes, 3 days of awful sleep 3 days at least 12 hours.
But its really starting to affect my mood, I'm crying irrationally, I dont make a lot of sense when I talk/write, I'm getting simple words mixed up. Physically my eyes are so droopy I cant see properly, food is making my stomach turn, I have no energy.
I've tried everything I can think of, meditation, calming music, herbal teas, reading before bed, sending myself to a relaxing place. But when I try so hard to focus on these things is increases my anxiety and I literally forget how to breathe

Universe, I can't take this anymore.
I feel like I'm in the limit every time I wake up. And this kinda familiar feeling visits me one more time: Everybody is progressing, except you. They change...
This sound's like your going through a lot, sounds like you've tried basically everything I would of told you to try out, is there something causing you a lot of pain? Like difficult work hours, or paying bills? Or do you think there might be something wrong with your surroundings? Have you tried sleeping in a different room? At a friends/ family members house? Or do you think there's something you keep forgetting? Like to find a lost key chain, a lost pokémon card, to finish a project? Or work assignment?
If after sorting/trying all of the above you still have sleeping problems, I really don't know what to say,
Good luck
ReplyHave you considered that rather than it being the sleep affecting your mood, could it be your mood affecting your sleep?
Sometimes people don't realise that maybe they have anxiety or suffering with depression because they believe something else is affecting it. Rather than tackling your sleep problem first maybe you should focus on your mental health.
If that still has no results I would suggest a sleep specialist.
I hope you manage to solve your problem or at least identify the cause!
