Lately I've been getting more and more upset. It feels like the smallest things set me off. When I'm alone I just want to start to cry. Work hasn't been helping. I was probably one of the fastest on the training line. I had a good pace going, getting done early helping out where I could. Then they threw me on actual lines where the stuff they were working on was completely different. So I slowed down trying to learn the new stuff. But because I wasn't fast at it they throw me to a new supervisor and then learn a completely different thing than what I signed up for. A month later and they toss me to another part of the building because I didn't memorize their system right away and made one mistake that they didnt even teach me about. Most of my friends who worked there were fired or they quit. I'm not happy with the place but I can't afford to leave. I just put on my fake smile and go about the day, but it's been cracking. Emotions are starting show. I'm constantly tired, I've been losing appetite and I just want to hide away and cry.

Replycan you take sick leave? or maybe start a work from home job? there are lots of free courses online now because of covid; you could take one and start a new job in a couple weeks. don't give up hope; i'm pretty sure that if you look around you can find a new job pretty quickly that won't require expensive training.
NB: i'm living in the USA... i dunno where you are, or if the laws/jobs are different there.
also, take your B vitamins, and an iron supplement, and try to get outside as much as possible. it will help, trust me.
