ive been trying to lose weight for the longest I used to weight 298 when I started but now i weight 255, I feel like that's not enough :( it gets so tiring. I bust my ass every single day yet i feel like I'm getting nowhere. if you guys have any tips i would appreciate them than you :)

Replyim on a journey to loose 100 pounds so i know what your going through. its so hard I used to weigh 250 now i weigh 235. i walk on my treadmill everyday for 30 min. and i changed what i eat. it just takes a while to loose weight. 2 pounds a week is the healthy way. yeah its slow but little changes makes a big difference. keep up the good work!
ReplyYou have got somewhere so far. Eat three non fattening healthy meals a day. Only eat non fattening snacks. No fizzy drinks, sweets, biscuits, cakes etc. and make sure you exercise every day.
