Sorry if this is a slightly sensitive topic. Anyway, I have been stuck at home. Where I am, it is just lockdown- only going out for needs. Damn Covid. I often stop to think, does 'm**turbating' to x and stuff.. Well.. make me bad? I get very bored at times.. Like yes I have many things, video games, music, books etc., but I just get tempted- like dammit I could be doing something more important.. Like instead of sitting on my arse beating off, I could be fixing the lawn.. Tidying.. Some other job or something I dunno.. So.. Can anyone recommend other tension releasing or decent other things to do instead? Cheers. ✌

If you are stressed, a combination of physical activity, creativity, and adequate rest all can help. You can use self-pleasure as a "Treat reward" thing for accomplishing tasks you assign yourself. If you are really bored, you could try online volunteer stuff for science projects needing lots of observations for machine learning, finding stars and planets, and in the medical field.
