-Had two episodes of anxiety, they weren't that intense but disrupted me a bit.
- tried finding about the thought that caused me to become anxious suddenly- almost reached there.. had a vague idea what caused it.
-Studied 6 hours today- quantity was less that expected but quality of study was better than yesterday
- finished the book codependency : no more. Like it alot.
- texted him honestly about my grief and how I expect him to help.
- promised myself to not to lose my calm in coming days as I know his parents would push him to marry now
Goals and affirmations:
1. Find out ways to improve my self esteem.. and practice it..
2. I will be assertive and will honestly tell people how they are hurting me without feeling guilty
3. I will scale up my study hours
4. Will keep in constant touch with my old friends and will work on building strong bonds with people
5. Will accept my body and will love it to make it better and will never punish it.
6. Walk daily in garden for 40 min minimum
7. Share my thoughts here on novni
8. Will practice detachment. Recognise what is my responsibility and what is not
9. Will not sacrifice and become martyr for other people's feelings.
10. Will pray to God for strength and wisdom to become better person
11. Will leave atleast one positive comment on someone's post.
12. Will count my achievements and not my set backs..
