It's about to get weird. My current and present self is having some pretty bad anxiety... I often miss the old me. The me from high school. That person was fearless, confident, happy, bright, positive, pretty f*cking awesome. If this person could give me advice, it would sound like this:
In order to BE positive, you have to THINK positive! We've been here before. You know what it took for us to be this bright and bubbly last time. AFTER the pain and suffering comes the pleasure and success. Just literally believe in yourself again. Have no self doubt or fear. I know that's easier said than done. Trust me, I KNOW lol but always remember for a fact that at the end of day, it gets better. Laugh about it, cry it out, whatever you feel at the time, just feel it. But like, REALLY FEEL it, in that moment. Don't delay your emotions. It'll all be okay. It'll always be okay (: YOU have to decide when to be happy and calm and at peace again. It's completely up you, and you ONLY. i love you. Don't give up! NEVER give up <3
That person is so f*cking cool. I could be that person again, I just KNOW it!
