I hate myself. I look in the mirror and hate the way i look. I’m getting bigger. I just want to cry. I have no motivation and when i start healthy eating or exercising I go back to my old ways in a few weeks. I’m working a lot, and the job I’m already doing is stressful enough with the hard labour I have to do. I look at people I wish to be and I break. I know that the only way to be happy about myself is to change myself. I had a moment a few weeks ago, I tried on my favourite jeans, and I they ripped. So I went to the exact shop I brought them from and went to try it on and I couldn’t fit even tho there were a size up from what I was originally wearing. It doesn’t help how I look in shops and they only go to size 18aus. I’m only 19 and I’m losing myself. I’ve had times I want to die. I want to be better for my boyfriend but it’s hard when I’m not happy with myself. I want to do the things normal teenagers do but I don’t like showing my legs or arms. You know how many times I look at clothing I would wear and say “I would but if I was skinnier” all the time. It makes me sad because I want to wear a dress I want to wear a tank top and show of my curves but I can’t, I won’t. I hate myself.

I'm only 12, and honestly, only 1/4 of my closet actually fits me. I wear 16 y/o stuff, and I'm fine with that.
If you want to change, do it for yourself. Don't do it for your boyfriend.
If you need to change for him to love you, he's not the one.
I can totally relate. But I mean, all the extra weight on me is just proof that I get fed well.
I hope you can become the person you want to become!
Hang in there!
Peace, love, potatoes

ReplyI live In Australia so I can understand how big you are. You can see a nutritionist. Eat three non fattening meals a day with a couple of non fattening snacks and make sure you exercise every day. Don't eat lollies, chocolates, cakes, biscuits, muesli bars or anything of this type, and no soft drinks. It could be a good idea to join a gym for exercise and make sure you keep it up.
