You have to let the past go. Brains are muscles too so it basically just takes time to truly believe in yourself. Start small; keep telling yourself "I have no reason to shame myself, I'm awesome." Or any kind of mini motto like that until you actually believe it. Then you can work your way up some more with bigger words/goals/beliefs. Good luck, you got this! (: have a great rest of your day š
