i dont understand why i feel this way. i am a college student and i have 0 motivation to do any work. i cant focus, i waste time, and then i get really anxious thinking about my workload. it is not just studies that i cant focus on, its other activities as well. for example, . i feel lazy all the time. i feel like crying right now because i got bad marks in a quiz which i thought i did well in. i have an exam on friday and i dont feel like studying but i really want to study and get a good grade. its hard for me to put my mind to anything and actually do that thing. i just feel anxious about so many things. i feel like sleeping even though i am not sleep deprived. i want to escape somewhere. i dont know what to do. please help me

Starting is always the hardest part, so start uncontrollably, unconsciously just go without thinking and then you’ll force yourself to keep going, and once you start-you’ll want to finish. Do not feel bad about yourself I promise other people can relate to you, but keep staying strong and you got this 👍I believe in you!

ReplyHey there, I know how it feels to have no motivation at all. Sometimes we need to find somewhere we can be happy like some people choose not to go to college and hey look they are doing fine. I'm not saying you should quit college but I know for sure that you should find something that will make you happy and that might take days, months, or even years but you will find it I promise. Well I wish you good luck and I hope this helps.

ReplyYou sounds very stressed. Stress can interfere with your grades. That should be your first task, totally destress your life. You'll feel much better :)

Replyyou sound like me and I have ADHD so you might consider being tested unless you know it's just a result of another disorder... regardless I recommend you see a behavioral therapist they can really help ALOT with this situation.
