On the look for me

I know that the reason i get attached is

because they fill a void that I’m missing,

i crave to be caressed.

I always give them chances, I’ve never

really been a hopeless romantic,

if he comes and i like him i let him in.

That doesn’t mean i click with all,

I have a strong personality, I’m cheeky,

not many know how to deal with that.

Ive had male after male and it has

never gotten past that stage, u know,

the relationship stage, i have no problem

with that because i know I’m not ready.

The only reason that i miss him is

because i felt him in a spiritual way,

he filled that void but he wasn’t good

for me and i know that which is why

I stepped aside.

I know what i deserve and I’ve

learned my worth.

I’m growing which means i am changing

Ive lost myself in this process, I’m

just looking for the better version of her.
