I haven't seen any of my friends since Febuary. I had to leave my state because of work, but because of Covid, I was back in town within a couple months (it was supposed to be a year away). The first thing I did was excitedly text my friends. I only got one response "You can't come over. My sister is high risk." I didn't want to visit anyone, and I didn't ask to. I just wanted to chat online or something. No one else said anything at all. I thought I had a pretty good social circle. I would hang out with people at least once a week, often more. Everyone was talking about how they'd miss me before I left. They talked about what we would do when I got back. But no one even wants to talk to me. I don't understand what happened. Did they hate me all along, or did they only realize after I left? I stopped reaching out in April. I see they are online on Steam sometimes. It makes me very sad. I don't think I'll ever see any of them ever again. It gets lonley in quarentine. I've only seen my parents and my little sister.
