Hey everybody! So I have kinda bad acne, sometimes my skin can be clear but a few dots and before I started to use products my skin has started to act up. I’ve tried everything during these 1-2 years. My skin is mixed so my four head is oily while everything else is dry. I know that I’m very unspecific about this but I really need help. I don’t really have time to go to an dermatologist but this has to be the easiest way. I drink a lot of water everyday and my face is almost gem free, I don’t even sleep with the same pillow every night. But somehow pimples and acne scars are showing up. Thanks in advance for the suggestions😭☺️

Loosing myself...

i hate myself
i hate myself, i have acne, people are judging me because i simply have acne. they are (jokingly) telling me to get plastic surgery so that my face would be SMO...
Welp... My advice is go see a doctor. XD
ReplyTrue but I just don’t feel like a dermatologist will really help me. Cause my skin doesn’t want to care. And I’m 15 so it’s hormonal acne and doctors can’t do much about it and not even products. It’s something in my lifestyle probably but still🥲
ReplyI have similar issues.. what I’ve noticed is that my skin clears up when I’m sleeping properly, eating mostly good food and exercising regularly.. if any one of these things is going wrong I break out.. it’s a lot of work but it’s the only thing that worked for me.
ReplyI do workout, I eat good and I change bedsheets every week and never sleeps on the same pillow but my skin keeps acting up. You’re lucky that you at least know what you have to do :( But I was thinking about bandaids. What if I use it on my acne? Will it work?
ReplyWell you would have to change your bandaids frequently and I don't think that will be good for your skin in the long run.. Do you think your acne could be stress related? Or you could try cutting out sugar from your diet?
I do think a doctor could help you.. there are creams and stuff that are not available over the counter and need prescriptions to buy.. but you need to use them for a few months and see if they work for you or not..
I know how hard it is to keep trying and doing stuff right but not seeing any improvement. Hang in there!
ReplyMake sure your clothing and bedding is cotton, not spandex or polyester, rayon is good too, dont touch your face and body with your hands and your hair can hold oil so if your hair is oily and touches your face, you can get pimples. Also what are you eating? I've seen people sensitive to gluten, sugar, wheat and dairy, even clothing materials. Experiment with your body a bit. What do you use to wash your face and body? cloths and loofahs hold bacteria so do towels. If you find you breakout or get a reaction from products, throw them away. Also it's a good thing to keep in mind when acne is bad it usually gets worse before they get better, I mean stuff will ooze out and dry out then scab over. Alot of products will bring the bacteria to the surface then they will pop/ooze. It could be a bacterial infection on your skin, you may need antifungal/anti bacterial soap or you can go to the doctor and get a prescription drug or cream/wash. I keep my room very clean, the floors, the ceilings, make sure there's no mold or dust. I also had to experiment with soaps and facewashs, masks and detergents, I haven't worn makeup since I was 15. Goodluck
